R&S Group on CHF 160 Million Term Loan and CHF 30 Million Revolving Credit Facilities Agreement

Baker McKenzie Switzerland acted as counsel to R&S Group Holding AG ("R&S Group") in connection with its new CHF 160 million term loan and CHF 30 million revolving credit facilities agreement with UBS Switzerland as mandated lead arranger, coordinator and agent, as well as a syndicate of Swiss and international banks as lenders.

R&S Group manufactures and supplies electrical infrastructure products, including various types of transformers, and provides maintenance, modernization and diagnostic services for use in power transmission, renewables, transport, data centers and construction.

Baker McKenzie Switzerland advised R&S Group on all Swiss legal aspects of the transaction.
