Arrest Made in Attempted Burglary and Shooting

The Tallahassee Police Department (TPD) has arrested one person following a shooting that occurred on October 22. Around 5:20 a.m., TPD officers responded to a shooting incident at 2400 Jackson Bluff Road. The victim observed an adult male attempting to break into his vehicle and began to chase the suspect. The suspect then shot twice at the victim. Thankfully, the victim was unharmed. After establishing a perimeter, officers located the suspect along with a backpack containing gloves, a flashlight, and a firearm used in the shooting. It was later discovered that the suspect also had an active warrant for his arrest.
