The Ohio AgriBusiness Association is pleased to partner with The Ohio State University Leadership Center, granting members access to outstanding professional development workshops. Check out the upcoming offerings from the OSU Leadership Center.
How well do you know yourself? Self-awareness is essential to being a good leader. When you understand who you are; your talents, beliefs, and skills, you are better prepared to not only lead yourself, but others too. Join the OSU Leadership Center for this November 7th online workshop. Beth Flynn is facilitating this workshop. To register, or for more information, click here.
How we communicate with each other, whether it is a co-worker or spouse, can make or break a relationship. In this workshop we will explore how people communicate differently, and how you can use your strengths to build relationships with your team and increase people's feeling of being heard. Learn more about communication at the November 13th online workshop hosted by the OSU Leadership Center. Emily Buck is facilitating this workshop. Click here for more information.
If you require an accommodation such as live captioning or interpretation to participate in this event, please contact Beth Flynn at flynn.61@osu.edu or 614-292-3114. Requests made 10 days prior to the event will generally allow us to provide seamless access, but the university will make every effort to meet requests made after this date.
