DCCC Releases Second TV Ad in OR-05: “Contract”
The DCCC released a new TV ad in the race for Oregon's 5th Congressional District, "Contract," highlighting Lori Chavez-DeRemer's long record of threatening Oregonians' Social Security and Medicare benefits.
The ad reminds voters that while Chavez-DeRemer voted against Social Security and Medicare 26 times - constantly threatening to deny Oregon's workforce the benefits they've paid into their whole lives - Janelle Bynum is firmly committed to protecting these critical programs in Oregon and nationwide.
The ad - the second to run in OR-05 from the DCCC IE - is airing in the Portland and Bend media markets beginning today and is part of the committee's previously announced investments in key battleground districts.
