Step into the North Pole! Join PHA's 2024 Holiday Village & Tree Lighting on Ridge Avenue

Philadelphia Housing Authority Welcomes Everyone to Celebrate the Holiday Season

WHAT: The Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA), in partnership with sponsors Pennrose, the Tyrese Maxey Foundation, and the Lower North Philadelphia Community Development Corp., invites the community to kick off the 2024 Holiday Village on Ridge Avenue, bringing the magic of the North Pole to life! Festivities will begin with a tree lighting ceremony at 5:00 PM as a holiday tree on the PHA Pavilion will light up the neighborhood. The holiday village will feature more than 40 vendors, free hot chocolate and cookies, and youth activities. Join us to celebrate the season and connect with the community!

Speakers for the tree-lighting ceremony will include:

• Kelvin A. Jeremiah - President & CEO, Philadelphia Housing Authority
• Darnetta Arce - Lower North Philadelphia CDC
• Councilmember Jeffery Young, Jr. - District 5 Representative
• Pennrose (TBD)
