Hope Valley Barracks

At 9:53 PM, Troopers arrested Tayla L. Silva, age 28, of 699 N. Broadway Street, East Providence, Rhode Island, for an Affidavit Arrest Warrant out of the Hope Valley Barracks for Fraudulent Checks (Under $1500). The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and the East Providence Police Department locating Ms. Silva. Ms. Silva was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment, where she will be presented as a probation violator.
