City Council - Notice of Public Hearing

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Eagle Point City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 17 Buchanan Avenue South, Eagle Point, Oregon and via Zoom to consider an amendment to Ordinance No. 2009-04 Exhibit A (Storm Water Utility Fee Schedule) and Eagle Point Municipal Code Section 13.28.030 Exhibit A (Storm Water Utility Fee Schedule), which will result in a fee increase if adopted, and to receive public comment.

Additional information will be available in the City Council Agenda Packet, available online no later than November 22, 2024. The hearing provides an opportunity for public testimony and questions to be answered. Comments may be provided at any time up to and during the public hearing. Written comments may be delivered prior to the meeting to Cindy Hughes, City Recorder at City Hall or emailed to [email protected]. The City Council will also take verbal or written comments during the hearing.
