The Wakulla County Board of County Commissioners invites everyone to come out and salute our Veteran's during the Annual Veteran's Ceremony on Saturday, November 9, 2024. This year, the Ceremony will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Wakulla Sands Golf Club, 3876 Coastal Hwy., Crawfordville, FL.
This year's theme is "Honor and Service". The Ceremony will include the posting of the Colors by the Wakulla High School NJROTC Cadets. After the Ceremony, Wakulla High School will be holding the War Eagle Alumni Memorial Golf Tournament.
In addition, all Veteran's and their families are invited to a free breakfast on November 11, 2024 at 7:30 a.m. at the Wakulla County Community Center, 318 Shadeville Hwy., Crawfordville, FL, and the Veterans Parade, held by the VFW Post 4538, will follow at 10:00 a.m. in Sopchoppy.
