4.Reason for the change:The cash dividends were originally scheduled for
distribution this Friday, Oct. 4, 2024. Due to the two-day suspension of
work caused by Typhoon Krathon, the operating schedule of financial
institutions has been postponed. Consequently, the cash dividend
distribution will be postponed to the second business day after the
original date, which is Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2024.
