MONDAY, November 11
The La Plata County Offices will be closed in observance of the Veterans Day holiday.

TUESDAY, November 12
10:00 a.m. Business Agenda Meeting
The Board will consider:

1. Approval of county cash requirements as prepared and posted by the Finance Department and direct staff to publish.
2. Ratification of a letter supporting the renewal of the Perins Peak State Wildlife Area lease to Colorado Parks and Wildlife.
3. Approval of Public Health Fiscal Year 2025 Retail Flexible Funding Grant.
4. Approval of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between La Plata County and Prowers County regarding the Hotline County Connection Center.
5. Approval of the 2024 La Plata County Community Development Action Plan proposed by Region 9 Economic Development District.
6. Amendment to the Funding Agreement for the Regional Housing Alliance of La Plata County.
7. Approval of Short-term Lease between La Plata County and 9-R School District for property at 281 Sawyer Drive.

10:30 a.m. - Road Maintenance Working Group Meeting
Members of the Board will attend a virtual meeting with the Colorado Counties, Inc (CCI) Road Maintenance Working Group.
