Housing Plan Gets Approval

A planned neighborhood will improve pedestrian and traffic safety and upgrade connectivity along two Township roads.

The Graham Master Plan's seven phases consist of 407 residential units on 86 acres off Glen Eden and Unionville Roads. The property spans both sides of the roadway.

The plan includes pedestrian access and connections, including a trail between the phases and neighboring developments. The developer intends to install a roundabout at the Glen Eden and Unionville Road intersections to improve traffic flow and safety.

The Board of Supervisors approved the plan at the November 7 meeting.
