Cook County Community Voices Survey

The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) has provided funding to Cook County that's contributed to more than 70 vital programs since the pandemic began. This federal funding will end in 2026, and Cook County needs your input to prioritize the programs that should continue beyond that date.

From October 17 to October 31, Cook County residents have the opportunity to make their voices heard. By participating in the ARPA Community Voices Survey, residents can help determine which initiatives are most important to them and their community. Feedback from this survey will directly influence how Cook County allocates resources and continues to support the community. The survey is open from October 17 - October 31.
