As of November 13, 2024, Senior Credit Investments, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the "Company"), sold unregistered limited liability company units in the Company (the "Units"), based on net asset value ("NAV") per Unit as of November 12, 2024, to an investor, with the final number of Units being determined on November 26, 2024. The offer and sale of the Units was exempt from the registration provisions of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"), pursuant to Section 4(a)(2) of the Securities Act, Regulation D thereunder, and/or Regulation S thereunder.
