The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

EOG Resources, Inc. (F031505, P0039485):

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by EOG Resources, Inc. (CMP001619) to construct and operate a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the Crossbow 5 NENW PAD (F031505), consisting of the Claire 3229-01H, 02H, 09H, 10H, 11H and 12H wells, with one vapor recovery unit and one common smokeless air-assist flare to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks and active produced water tanks, located in the NE1/4NW1/4 of Section 5, T41N, R71W, approximately thirteen (13) miles south-southeast of Wright, in Campbell County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F031505 and permit number P0039485 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Campbell County Library, Gillette, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Campbell County Clerk's Office, Gillette, Wyoming.

All comments received by 5:00 p.m., Monday, December 16, 2024 will be considered in the final determination on this application.
