Lane Closures on State Routes 49, 120, 108, And 132
Tuolumne County- The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will conduct various lane closures next week on State Route 49 (SR-49), State Route 120 (SR-120), State Route 108 (SR-108), and State Route 132 (SR-132). Work is scheduled as follows:
State Route 49

Moving, alternating lane closures between Chicken Ranch Road and SR-108 for a striping operation beginning Tuesday, October 8 through Thursday, October 10, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

One-way traffic control between Reynolds Ferry Road and Melones Court for slope repair on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
State Route 120

One-way traffic control between SR-49 and Old Priest Grade for slope repair beginning Monday, October 7 through Tuesday, October 8, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

One-way traffic control between Memorial Drive and Whites Gulch Road in Groveland for survey work beginning Monday, October 7 through Friday, October 11, 2024, from 7:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.

One-way traffic control between Hells Hallow Road and Ferretti Road for drainage work beginning Wednesday, October 9 through Friday, October 11, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
State Route 108

Moving, alternating lane closures from two miles east of Sweetwater Campground to Sonora Pass for delineation work beginning Monday, October 7 through Friday, October 11, 2024, from 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
State Route 132

Moving, alternating lane closures between Bonds Flat Road and the SR-132/49 junction in Coulterville for pavement marker replacement beginning Monday, October 7 through Thursday, October 10, 2024, from 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Motorists should expect 5-to-10-minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible. This work is scheduled to occur as listed but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment/materials, and construction-related issues.
