We're welcoming back all our students this week, and campus life is getting into full swing. Here's what you should add to your calendar this week.

Take a trip back in time

The Block Museum of Art's "Dissident Sisters: Bev Grant and Feminist Activism, 1968-72" presents the documentary photography of Bev Grant, who captured radical movements during a transformative period in American history. Join the exhibition's curators for a guided tour of this fascinating exhibition.

The tour begins at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 26, at The Block, 40 Arts Circle Drive, Evanston. RSVP here.

Be intentional

Religious & Spiritual Life and campus partners invite undergraduate and graduate students to set intentions for the new academic year while enjoying refreshments at their fall meet and greet.

The meet and greet is at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 26, in Parkes Hall 120, 1870 Sheridan Road, Evanston.

Kick it by the lake

Our fall sports have kicked into high gear, and among this weekend's matchups is women's soccer versus Iowa. Take advantage of free home game tickets to watch the Wildcats play by the lake on Sunday afternoon.

The Wildcats play at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 29, at Northwestern Medicine Field at Martin Stadium, 2235 Campus Drive, Evanston.

Redefining rehabilitation

The Northwestern Prison Education Program (NPEP) Justice Fellows host a discussion on reconsidering the parole board. The Justice Fellows Program accepts individuals directly impacted by the criminal legal system, who draw upon their lived experiences and expertise to inform NPEP's work.

The panel is at 6 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 30, in the Big Ten Room, Norris University Center, 1999 Campus Drive, Evanston. Register here.

Go for gold

The Summer Olympics may be behind us, but another version of the Games comes to campus this week with the Library Olympics. Get to know your library and complete puzzles to win a T-shirt and other prizes.

Stop by University Library, 1970 Campus Drive, Evanston, starting at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 1, for your shot at victory.

Build community, eat ice cream

Students who have joined the ranks of house- and apartment-dwellers off campus are invited to get to know Evanston community members at Off-Campus Life's ice cream social. The first 300 participants will score free ice cream to sweeten the conversation.

The ice cream social is at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 1, at Firemen's Park, 2040 Maple Ave., Evanston.
