At its meeting held on Tuesday, November 19, the Dublin City Council took a number of actions. Below is a summary of actions taken:

Welcomed new City of Dublin Staff members, Christine Begin, Office Assistant II with Parks and Community Services; Sophia Zafiratos, Office Assistant II with Police Services; and Oscar Rivera, Associate Civil Engineer with the Public Works Department.

Approved the minutes of the November 5, 2024, Regular City Council Meeting.

Approved the funding recommendations for the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Youth Advisory Committee Youth Mini-Grant Program.

Approved a Commercial Façade Improvement Grant Program agreement between the City of Dublin and Dobos Stacey S Tr & McCloskey Kenneth D Tr, Etal.

Approved an Outdoor Operations Grant Program agreement between the City of Dublin and 7400 Amador, LLC.

Approved the agreement for long-term encroachment for landscape features with Tract 8677, PA-4 The DC (Dublin Centre); and adopted the resolution ordering the annexation of The DC (Dublin Centre) into the Dublin Ranch Street Lighting District 1999-1.

Authorized the City Manager to approve contract change orders with Goodfellow Bros. California, LLC, Iron Horse Nature Park and Open Space, Phase 1 Project, CIP No. PK0422.

Conducted a public hearing and approved forming City of Dublin Community Facilities District No. 2024-1 (Dublin Centre); authorized a limit on bonded indebtedness for the district, calling for a special mailed ballot election; declared election results; and conducted related proceedings for City of Dublin Community Facilities District No. 2024-1 (Dublin Centre).
