Wickford Barracks

At 9:30 AM, Troopers arrested Donald Johnson, age 29, of 17 Rodmen Street, Providence, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Aggravated Assault out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Centerville Road in the City of Warwick. Mr. Johnson was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where he was processed, and then turned over to the Providence Police Department.

At 10:41 pm Troopers arrested Donald Hahn, age 31, of 80 Arthur Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - B.A.C Uknown- First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South, in the City of Warwick. Mr. Hahn was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third Division District Court date.

At 12:19 am Troopers arrested Kevin Smith, 27, of 119 Hillside Avenue, Newport, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - B.A.C Uknown- First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 138 West, in the Town of North Kingstown. Mr. Smith was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third Division District Court date.
