The City of Durham Community Development Department is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified consultants for the preparation of the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan, 2025 Annual Action Plan, Citizen Participation Plan and 2025-2029 Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice (AI).

On Tuesday, November 26, 2024, the City of Durham will release the Request for Proposals (RFP) for all interested parties. All Proposals must be received by Friday, December 27, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. EST. Faxed, emailed, hand-delivered, or oral submissions of Proposals will not be accepted. Proposals must be mailed or sent via FedEx. Proposals received after the deadline date and time will be deemed ineligible.

Interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend a virtual Pre-submittal Meeting on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. EST. Registration is strongly encouraged.
