Bankruptcy Rules and Forms Changes Effective December 1, 2024

- Pursuant to Rule 1007(b)(7), CM/ECF events and procedures have been modified to remove the requirement to file Official Form B423 Certification About a Financial Management Course. The Certificate of Debtor Education is required unless waived by order of court.

- Per changes to Official Form 1040 Adversary Proceeding Coversheet, Local Form G-16 has been modified.
