The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Genesis Alkali Wyoming, LP (F000349, P0036788):

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Genesis Alkali Wyoming, LP to overhaul the NS-1A Mono #6 Coal/Gas-Fired Boiler (BOL001) ID Fan, which will include replacement of the fan, shaft, seals, inlet cone, and associated hardware with a like-kind replacement. The Westvaco Facility is located in Sections 14, 15, 22 and 23, T19N, R110W, approximately twenty (20) miles west of Green River, in Sweetwater County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F000349 and permit number P0036788 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Sweetwater County Library, Green River, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Sweetwater County Clerk's Office, Green River, Wyoming. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, special assistance or alternate formats will be made available upon request for individuals with disabilities.
