Alen Simonyan meets with President of India

On December 16, the delegation led by the RA NA President Alen Sիmonyan being in India on an official visit met with the President of India Droupadi Murmu.

The sides stated with satisfaction the high dynamics of the development of the relations between the two countries and added that despite the broad cooperation, there is still unrealized potential in bilateral relations.

Droupadi Murmu thanked Alen Simonyan for his official visit to India and expressed confidence that a new page will be opened with this visit in bilateral relations,

Alen Simonyan in his turn thanked Droupadi Murmu for the meeting and underscored that India is an important partner for Armenia.

The interlocutors also touched upon other issues of bilateral interest, including the topic regarding the peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
