Údarás na Gaeltachta (Amendment) Bill 2024

Bill entitled an Act to amend the Údarás na Gaeltachta Act 1979; to make certain changes to the membership of, and provisions applying to, the board of Údarás na Gaeltachta; to extend the functions of Údarás na Gaeltachta; to provide for regional committees of Údarás na Gaeltachta; to provide for the election of certain members to the board of Údarás na Gaeltachta and for that purpose to amend the Electoral Act 1992, the Electoral Act 1997 and the Litter Pollution Act 1997; to amend the Official Languages Act 2003; to amend the Gaeltacht Act 2012; and to provide for related matters.
