The company allows the dividend record date to be set based on the board's resolution through the revision of the articles of association in the annual shareholders' meeting on March 28, 2023.

The company will set the dividend record date in the fiscal year of 2024 (30th) with the board, to be held after February 2025, and dividends will be granted to shareholders who hold the company's shares on the dividend record date. Therefore, please keep in mind that even when you hold the company's stocks at December 31, 2024 but do not hold them on the dividend record date in the fiscal year of 2024 (30th), the dividend settlement will not be granted.
