Beginner Zumba Gold

Zumba Gold® recreates the original moves of Zumba® at a lower intensity.

It is set to Latin, international and pop music and combines cardio fitness, muscle conditioning, balance and coordination. The easy-to-follow moves and invigorating party-like atmosphere feel friendly. Modifications will be provided for all fitness levels.

Cost: $3 per class
