State Revolving Fund Notice of Annual Update Opening for the Intended Use Plans

The 2026 Intended Use plans for Drinking water and Clean water SRF loans are open on the SLIB website: https://lands.wyo.gov/grants-loans/loans/intended-use-plan and will close on January 31, 2026. Please add or update any future projects for which you may need SRF funding, especially if you will need such funding in FY2026. Note that there is an anticipation of significant principal forgiveness funding to be disbursed through this program, but your projects need to be entered on the list to be eligible.
