TazWorks^™ LIVE! 2025 will take place at the Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, FL, from May 6 to May 8. And thanks to your feedback, we've crafted our most attendee-focused event yet - one you won't want to miss!

Early Bird Registration Savings

Grab your ticket early! Registration opens Monday, December 23 with an exclusive early bird registration discount of $100 off the full rate per registrant. But don't wait - this discount is only available for a limited time. The full registration price without the discount is $799.

To complete your registration:

On December 23, visit the TazWorks LIVE! site, go to the registration page, and submit the form using a valid company email address. Personal email addresses with a domain such as gmail.com or yahoo.com will not be accepted.

Secure your room at an exclusive discounted rate!

Upon successful registration, you will receive an automated confirmation at your provided email address. This confirmation will include a link to reserve your room.

TazWorks LIVE! 2025 will be held in Orlando, Florida at the famous Universal Orlando Resort. The convention space - where all sessions, vendor showcase exhibits, and networking events will take place - is connected to two incredible properties, Loews Sapphire Falls Resort and Loews Royal Pacific Resort. The Royal Pacific Resort is closest to the TazWorks LIVE! meeting space.

The discounted room rate at both resorts is $277 per night, not including applicable state fees and taxes. You'll enjoy incredible savings this time of year using the TazWorks/MeridianLink^® rate.

The discounted block of rooms is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly recommend you reserve your room while registering for the event. The hotel requires a credit card to make the reservation.
