William Amberger, an associate in the Indianapolis office, represents and advises clients on a diverse range of labor and employment issues. Will is dedicated to helping clients find desirable solutions to employment matters and disputes. He earned his J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2022 and his B.A. from Wabash College in 2019.
An associate in the New York office, Benjamin Lobley advises both sell-side and buy-side clients with respect to trading agreements and transactions, including those involving derivatives futures, options, and digital assets such as cryptocurrency. His practice involves negotiating a comprehensive range of agreements for both cleared and over-the-counter derivatives products. Ben earned his J.D. from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2020 and his B.A. from University of Vermont in 2015.
Leah O'Farrell, an associate in the Boston office, focuses her practice on creditors' rights, representing lenders and unsecured creditors both in and out of court. She handles insolvency and business disputes including sales, liquidations, bankruptcies, and bankruptcy-related litigation. She earned her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 2020 and her B.A. from University of Maryland in 2016.
A business transaction advisor in the Chicago office, Vera Oldenburger advises on a broad range of domestic and international corporate and transactional matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and other corporate transactions. She earned her First State Examination in Law from Bielefeld University in 2016, her Second State Examination in Law from Higher Regional Court of Bielefeld in 2018, and her Mediation Training from Mediationsakademie Berlin in 2020.
