AP™ Foil25 Joins JM Product Lineup Oct. 16, 2024

DENVER, Colorado - Johns Manville (JM), a Berkshire Hathaway company and leading building products manufacturer, announced the release of its new AP™ Foil25, a polyiso foam board with a higher compressive strength.

AP Foil25 is everything you know about AP Foil, but with additional compressive strength. AP Foil25 polyiso continuous insulation provides one of the highest R-values per inch of any rigid insulation. This 25-psi compressive strength board is a closed-cell polyiso foam board with a foil facer on both sides. It can be used in above- and below-grade residential applications, plus it's great for commercial projects where higher compressive strength boards are preferred for certain exterior cladding systems.

Johns Manville AP Foil25 functions as a water-resistive barrier, vapor barrier and air barrier, so there's no need to install additional components. It also provides thermal insulation and is noncorrosive.
