Bismarck, ND - This October, join P&A in celebrating National Disability Employment Awareness Month. Access to meaningful employment is vital for independence and dignity. It fosters personal growth and economic stability, yet many individuals with disabilities encounter barriers to competitive integrated employment. P&A is dedicated to advocating for the employment rights of persons with disabilities and promoting equitable practices in the workforce.
