RVC holds a Professional Development Day for staff and faculty in the spring and fall of each academic year.
RVC President Dr. Howard J. Spearman with employees recognized for five years of service.
This year's event theme highlighted important information for the Higher Learning Commission's accreditation visit on October 14-15, 2024. The day included updates from RVC President Dr. Spearman and his leadership team, offering informative breakout sessions tailored to faculty and staff. Additionally, employees heard from keynote speaker Dr. Alonzo Kelly and celebrated outstanding achievements with recognition awards.
