Updated November 5, 2024 Presidential Election Results

Napa County released its fourth unofficial post-election night report at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, November 14, 2024. Election results are available on the county website.

"Napa County voters continued the trend of waiting until the final days to cast their ballot," commented Napa County Registrar of Voters John Tuteur. "This Fourth Unofficial Post Election Night Report contains approximately 75% of all ballots cast which means that turnout might reach 79% for this election."

As of Thursday, November 14, 2024 the Napa County Election Division estimates that there are still at least 16,250 ballots to be counted. The remaining uncounted ballots include:

  • 12,788 ballots ready to be counted;
  • 1,575 damaged ballots needing duplication;
  • 1,465 ballots received after Election Day and from California counties
  • 300 Napa County ballots received from other counties and other states
  • 625 same day registration ballots;
  • 16 provisional ballots
  • 1,246 ballots that were challenged for no signature or mismatched signature on the return envelope. These challenged ballots can be corrected up until Monday December 2, 2024.

Additional counts will be released at 4:30 p.m. Friday November 15, 2024 and Monday November 18, 2024 when approximately 95% of all ballots will have been tallied. The final certified count will be released on Tuesday, December 3, 2024.

All ongoing processes including counting, duplicating and manual tally can be observed by the public at the Election Division, 1127 1st St. Ste E Napa CA during regular business hours.
