NTCA-The Rural Broadband Association today announced the election of board officers for 2025. Roxie Jorgenson, director at MTA (Palmer, Alaska), will serve as chair. Ben Foster, president and CEO of ISG Technology and Twin Valley Telephone Inc. (Miltonvale, Kan.), will serve as vice chair. Ross Petrick, general manager/CEO of Alliance Communications Cooperative Inc. (Garretson, S.D.), was elected secretary/treasurer.
Jorgenson has served on the NTCA board since 2019 and has more than 25 years of professional experience in marketing and sales training. She also has served on the Matanuska Telephone Association (MTA) Board of Directors since 2016 and currently holds the position of board secretary.
In addition, Terry Nelson, general manager and vice president of Woodstock Communications (Ruthon, Minn.), was welcomed as a new board member. Nelson will serve as North Central Region Commercial Director, replacing Jim Costello, CEO of Lynxx Networks (Camp Douglas, Wis.).
Foster was re-elected to serve as the Central Region Commercial Director. Petrick was re-elected to serve as the North Central Region Cooperative Director. Tonya Mayer, general manager/CEO of Hemingford Cooperative Telephone Company and Mobius Communications (Hemingford, Neb.), was re-elected to serve as the Central Region Cooperative Director.
