Student Walking on Campus Amid Fall Foliage

Classes will not meet Oct. 14 - 15 for fall break. If you're looking to explore the city, there are plenty of events and attractions to get you in the fall spirit.

When: Oct. 10 - 13
Where: Atlanta Expo Centers, 3650 Jonesboro Rd. SE, Atlanta, GA 30354

Peruse over 360,000 square feet of antiques and vintage furniture, clothing, art, and more at the "world's largest monthly indoor antique and interiors show." The market opens the second weekend of every month.

When: Friday, Oct. 11, 7 - 11 p.m.
Where: Fernbank Museum of Natural History

As Halloween approaches, get in the holiday spirit at the Fernbank Museum for a "spooky night filled with potions, poisons, and hands-on science experiments."

When: Oct. 11 - 12
Where: Downtown Alpharetta

The Wire & Wood Songwriters Festival will feature more than 30 performances on six stages over two days. Musicians will be sharing the stories behind their songs and discussing the importance of music in the community. Admission to the festival is free.

When: Oct. 12 - 13
Where: Piedmont Park

Hosted by Atlanta Pride, the festival includes musical performances, entertainment, and community engagement opportunities. The Georgia Tech LGBTQIA Resource Center will participate in Sunday's parade.

Wellness by the Water: Mantras and Mantas

When: Tuesday, Oct. 15,6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Where: Georgia Aquarium

With the Georgia Aquarium's largest exhibit as a backdrop, instructors from Dancing Dog Yoga will lead a yoga session for all skill levels. Proceeds from the event benefit the aquarium's research and conservation efforts.

Pumpkin Patches and Corn Mazes

Find the perfect pumpkin for your fall decor and navigate through a corn maze to celebrate the arrival of fall, with each location offering a unique lineup of family-friendly activities.

As the leaves change, take a trip north of Atlanta to Gibbs Gardens, one of the nation's largest residential estate gardens. The 300-acre property features plants from all over the world, along with ponds and waterfalls throughout.
