Dec. 16, 2024 - Congratulations to the Admissions & Recruitment and Information Technology Services teams on receiving the 4th Annual Excellence in Efficiency Award!

The two departments worked together to automate the Appeal Denial process. Their efforts took a heavily manual process that included lengthy meetings and a week to complete and made the turnaround time less than two (2) days. This automation is estimated to save over 88 work hours per month equating to $70,000 worth of efficiency every year.

The Excellence in Efficiency Award is awarded annually by the Administrative Efficiencies Committee and the Organizational Effectiveness office to a team or department in recognition of efforts that resulted in measurable improvements to increased efficiency, monetary savings, and/or customer service.
