At 9:45 AM, Troopers arrested Sareth Chea, age 42, of 30 Wendell Street Apt. 1, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review on the original charge of Obtaining Property by False Pretenses. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and later transported to Providence Superior Court.

At 12:25 PM, Troopers arrested Antonia Picchione, age 58, of 6 Argonne Street, Johnston, Rhode Island for 1.) Manufacture/Sell/Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Sell a Schedule I/II Substance - Marijuana - One(1) Kilogram to Five(5) Kilograms - First Offense and 2.) Conspiracy. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Dyer Street in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released.

Manufacture/Sell/Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Sell a Schedule I/II Substance - Marijuana - One(1) Kilogram to Five(5) Kilograms - First Offense and 2.) Conspiracy. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Dyer Street in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released.

At 11:17 PM, Troopers arrested Jennifer Rampino Sherman, age 33, of 149 Benefit Street, Providence, Rhode Island for Reckless Driving - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.

At 12:41 AM, Troopers arrested Jaime A. Torres, age 32, of 4 Osborn Street, Apartment 2, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance less than 10 Grams (Ecstasy); and 2.) Driving After Suspension of License - Fourth or Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Plain Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.

At 2:36 AM., Troopers arrested Raymond J. Washington, age 38 Rowan Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) License or Permit Required for Carrying a Pistol; 2.) Possession of a Firearm by Certain Persons Prohibited; 3.) Large Capacity Feeding Devices Prohibited; 4.) Manufacturing/Delivery/Possession with Intent to Deliver Fentanyl - 1oz to 1kg; 5.) Manufacturing/Delivery/Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance - Second Offense (Fentanyl); 6.) Possession of a Firearm While Committing a Controlled Substance Violation; 7.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance less than 10 Grams (Cocaine); 8.) Obstructing a Police Officer; 9.) Resisting Arrest; 10.) Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates; 11.) Driving After Suspension of License - Fourth or Subsequent Offense; and 12.) Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Forgery /Counterfeiting of Registration Plates originating out of the North Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Atwells Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and held as a bail violator.
