Inspiring the Future

The Greater Green Bay Chamber welcomed over 3,400 eighth graders from 11 schools to the Resch Center for the annual "Find Your Inspiration" event, aimed at sparking interest in different career paths.

This year, 32 local businesses will come together to show students different career paths to help them learn, explore and get inspired for their future.

NWTC is the sustaining sponsor of this year's event. "NWTC is proud to partner with Greater Green Bay Chamber on Find Your Inspiration, as events like this are vital for shaping the future of our youth. By engaging students early with higher education and career opportunities, we empower them to discover their passions, explore diverse jobs, and connect with mentors for lifelong success," said Sarah Scharenbrock, Recruitment and Outreach Coordinator at NWTC.

"Workforce development is central to our mission at the Greater Green Bay Chamber," said Matt Rentmeester, Vice President of Talent & Education at the Greater Green Bay Chamber. "Find Your Inspiration allows us to reach members of the future workforce at a critical time before they start choosing their high school classes and making decisions about their career paths. It also gives business exhibitors an opportunity to tap into the emerging talent pipeline and form connections to help attract and retain skilled individuals in our community."
