Norton Rose Fulbright's Global Head of Litigation and Disputes Richard Krumholz (Dallas and New York) and US Co-Head of Corporate, M&A and Securities Scarlet McNellie (Dallas) have been included in the 2025 edition of D CEO Magazine's Dallas 500 in the Professional Services category.
The 10th annual list, which highlights the most influential executives in North Texas, includes more than 50 industry categories. Honorees are selected by the magazine's editors through a series of personal interviews and a months-long research process.
Richard is profiled for his leadership at the firm and success in high-profile cases with prominent clients. As Global Head of Litigation and Disputes, he manages the firm's 1,200 disputes lawyers across more than 50 offices. Richard is also a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the American Board of Trial Advocates, and was recently selected as one of Forbes Magazine's 2024 Top 200 US Attorneys.
An experienced M&A lawyer and US Co-Head of the Corporate M&A and Securities team at Norton Rose Fulbright, Scarlet is recognized for her commitment to improving diversity and recruiting, training and retaining top talent and pro bono efforts. In addition to her leadership roles at the firm, Scarlet is active in the Dallas community and has worked on pro bono cases in connection with human trafficking and forced labor in Dallas.
