BSF has received the DEI Leadership Bronze Seal from the California State Bar in recognition of its commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion within the firm and the legal profession.
The State Bar's DEI Leadership Seal program spotlights legal employers with California attorneys who actively pursue and implement research-based initiatives to enhance workplace diversity and inclusion, such as developing a strategic DEI plan. To qualify, organizations must fulfill at least five of 10 recommended actions.
