BREAKING: Sykes' voter registration goes to SoS after she refuses to show up to hearing

After Emilia Sykes refused to show up to the Summit County Board of Elections hearing about her eligibility to vote in the district she represents, the decision on whether she can vote now goes to the Ohio Secretary of State.
