Governor Kemp has declared a state of emergency for Tropical Storm Helene.

Tropical Storm Helena is expected to make landfall on Thursday, September 26, 2024, as a large hurricane along the Gulf Coast of Florida. It will then swiftly move northeast, impacting regions in Georgia with damaging winds, heavy rainfall, and flooding.
