Highway Lane Closures
State Route 26

Calaveras County- The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various lane closures on State Route 26 (SR-26) for maintenance and construction operations. Work to occur as follows:

State Route 26

• One-way traffic control from Garner Place/Olive Orchard Road to Hogan Dam Road for shoulder work beginning Monday, November 4, 2024, through Thursday, November 7, 2024, from 7:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
• One-way traffic control from Iris Way to Niderost Lane for utility work on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.

Motorists should expect 5-to-10-minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible. This work is scheduled to occur as listed but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment/materials, and construction-related issues.
