Election Night unofficial results include in-person early voting, mail-in ballots received before Election Day, and ballots processed by tabulators at the polling places. These results do not include hand-counted ballots (auxiliary ballots), write-in results, provisional ballots, or on-time mail-in ballots received on or after November 5, 2024.

Ballots received by drop box or by hand must be received by 8 p.m. on Election Day to be counted. Ballots mailed within the US must be postmarked on November 5th and received by November 8th at 5 p.m. These ballots will be counted on Wednesday, November 13th. Ballots mailed from outside the US must arrive by November 15 at 5 p.m. Provisional ballots and overseas absentee ballots received by mail will be counted on Friday, November 15th.
