SFY 2025 Intended Use Plans Q3 Update Available for Public Review

The State Fiscal Year 2025 DRAFT Intended Use Plans (IUP) third quarter updates for the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) are now available for public review and comment. The IUPs cover the period of July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025 and include SRF Base Program funding and Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) funding opportunities.

State Fiscal Year 2025 Intended Use Plans (IUP) and updates are available on the Intended Use Plan page of www.iowasrf.com.

Public comments are welcome and written comments will be accepted through Thursday, December 5, 2024. A public hearing is scheduled for Thursday, December 5, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. to highlight changes to the plan and record public comments. Participants should use the following conference call-in information to participate:

It is anticipated that the Iowa Environmental Protection Commission will act on the IUP updates at their December 17, 2024 meeting.
