The Bismarck-Mandan Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) will hold a public hearing on Monday November 18, 2024 at 10am regarding proposed amendments to the Bismarck-Mandan 2025-2028 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP).
The purpose of the hearing is to provide an opportunity for public involvement in the review of proposed amendments to the TIP. The TIP includes federally funded metropolitan area transportation projects over a four-year time frame. This month, an amendment to add a pavement markings project on various highways will be considered. Following the consideration period of citizen's comments, the proposed amendment will be adopted, contingent upon no substantive change required due to public comments.
The public is invited to attend the hearing or submit comments to Stephen Larson of the MPO no later than 9am, November 18, 2024, to P.O. Box 5503 Bismarck, ND, 58506.
