ELC Celebrates 10 Years of Women in Supply Chain Employee Resource Group

This past September, The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) marked the 10th anniversary of its Women in Supply Chain employee resource group (ERG) by hosting powerful employee events at its offices in Galgenen, Switzerland and Long Island City, New York, U.S. The events, which collectively brought together more than 300 women (in person and virtually) who work across the company's end-to-end Value Chain, as well as male allies, focused on the theme of "Elevating Women in Supply Chain." Both events featured a variety of professional development workshops, external keynote speakers, panel discussions with members of ELC's Supply Chain Leadership Team, and networking opportunities. Topics spanned inclusion and diversity, gender equity, wellness, the workplace of tomorrow, and more.

The Women in Supply Chain ERG, established in 1995 at ELC's Northtec campus in Pennsylvania, is part of ELC's broader Women's Leadership Network and focuses on connecting women across the company's supply chain and cultivating an environment of learning, leadership, and coaching to foster talent development. Over the past decade, the ERG has grown to more than 1,000 members spanning 31 ELC offices and 13 manufacturing and distribution sites around the world. Jamal Chamariq, Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain - EMEA, Travel Retail Worldwide, UK & Ireland; Berenice Vettore, Chief Quality Officer; and Gaelle Le Meur, Vice President, Human Resources, Global Supply Chain, are also executive sponsors of the ERG.
