USTR Issues Federal Register Notice Announcing a Docket for Public Comments on Proposed Tariff Increases Following the Four-Year Review

In a Federal Register notice issued today, USTR establishes a 30-day period for public comments on proposed modifications announced on September 13, 2024to the tariff actions in the Section 301 investigation of China's Acts, Policies, and Practices Related to Technology Transfer, Intellectual Property, and Innovation.
