On Friday, November 15, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Tasha Hayes, age 37, for 1.) Assault with Bodily Fluids While Incarcerated and 2.) Simple Assault and or Battery. The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the ACI Investigations Unit and members of the ACI Inspections Unit. Ms. Hayes was arraigned at Third District Court and released into the custody of the Sheriff's Department. ????????????????????????? LOCATION: CRANSTON

On Friday, November 15, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Daniel Rodriguez, age 39, for 1.) Assault on a Correctional Officer. The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the ACI Investigations Unit and members of the ACI Inspections Unit. Mr. Rodriguez was arraigned at Third District Court and released into the custody of the Sheriff's Department.

LOCATION: PAWTUCKET

On Friday, November 15, 2024, at approximately 6:00 AM, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Joseph Washington, age 36, for a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Arraignment Conference on an original charge of Possession with Intent of Schedule I-II out of the Rhode Island State Police HIDTA Unit. The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Violent Fugitive Task Force. Mr. Washington was taken into custody without incident, transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing and later turned over to Superior Court officials.

LOCATION: PROVIDENCE

On November 15, 2024, at 5:00 a.m., members of the Intelligence Unit, Violent Fugitive Task Force (VFTF), Auto Theft Unit, and Uniform Bureau arrested Manoutham Phommaehanh, age 44, for 1.) Manufacturing, Delivery, Possession with Intent to Deliver (Marijuana), 2.) Manufacturing, Delivery, Possession with Intent to Deliver (Psilocybin Mushrooms), 3.) Possession of a Schedule I - V (Fentanyl), 4.) Possession of a Firearm while Committing a Substance Abuse Violation (Glock 48), 5.) Possession of a Firearm while Committing a Substance Abuse Violation (Glock 19), 6.) Possession of a Firearm by a Person Convicted of a Crime of Violence (2 Counts), and 7.) Large Capacity Feeding Devices Prohibited (3 Counts). This arrest was the result of an investigation by the Intelligence Unit and subsequent search warrant. Mr. Phommaehanh was arraigned in Sixth Division District Court and held without bail.

LOCATION: PROVIDENCE

On Friday. November 15, 2024, at approximately 5:30am, members of the HIDTA Task Force, assisted by members of the Pawtucket Police Special Squad, arrested Evan Santos, age 28, for 1) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Fentanyl. This arrest was the result of the execution of a court-authorized search warrant at the conclusion of a narcotics investigation. Mr. Santos was transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing, was turned over to 6th District Court for his arraignment, and was held without bail.

On Friday, November 15, 2024, at approximately 6:10am, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Emanuel Jackson, age 60, for; 1) Possession With the Intent to Deliver 1 oz - 1 kilogram of a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Cocaine 2) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Cocaine 3) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Methamphetamine. This arrest was the result of the execution of a court-authorized search warrant at the conclusion of a narcotics investigation. Mr. Jackson was transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing, was turned over to 6th District Court for his arraignment, and was held without bail.
