Vanderbilt’s well-being vendor, Virgin Pulse, becomes Personify Health

Virgin Pulse-the company that powers your well-being program-is rebranding to Personify Health on Jan. 1, 2025.

What does this mean for you?

• Seamless transition:Your programs, account history and all the features you love will still be available. Your points, as well as your PulseCash, will automatically transfer to your new Personify Health account.

• Vibrant new look and feel.The Virgin Pulse logo, colors and typefaces will be replaced with the fun new Personify Health brand.

• Same username and password: You'll keep your same username and password.

• New mobile app logo: Starting Dec. 16, the app name will change to Personify Health and the icon will change to our new brand mark, Percy.

Logging in after Dec. 9

Starting Dec. 9, your Virgin Pulse sign-in link will go to a new Personify Health web address. You'll be asked to sign back in on the web and on your app using your existing username and password.

Personify Health Added Feature: Microsoft Teams App

Beginning Dec. 9, Personify Health will be available through the Microsoft Teams app store, allowing you to make prioritizing health and well-being at work a seamless part of your daily routine. With the Microsoft Teams app, you are one step closer to a workplace where well-being isn't just an afterthought, it's a pivotal part of the day.

2025 Points & Rewards

It's easy to earn rewards by making healthy decisions. Choose your healthy activities and watch your points add up. The more you do, the more you'll earn-up to $240in Rewards Cash in 2025.

Virgin Pulse is available to all benefits-eligible employees regardless of their enrollment in Vanderbilt benefits.

Internal Document Audit

While the transition will be seamless for members, as the program prepares for this transition internally, it's essential that any materials featuring the Virgin Pulse name or logo (such as flyers, files and presentations) be removed from use no later than Dec. 31, 2024. Failing to do so could lead to legal implications such as cease-and-desist letters and copyright or trademark infringement notices. Over the coming weeks, please review your files, shared drives, presentation slides, printed materials and website content for outdated branding and remove them from circulation for the university.
