State Police arrest Hudson Falls man for Child Pornography Posses...

On October 16, 2024, State Police of Greenwich, with the assistance of the Troop G Computer Crimes Unit, the Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and the Hudson Falls Police Department, arrested Robert D. Rowe, 66 of Hudson Falls, NY, for Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class "D" felony, and Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class "E" felony.

Rowe is accused of promoting and possessing images consistent with child sexual exploitation. His arrest followed an investigation and the execution of a search warrant at his residence in Hudson Falls, NY, on October 16, 2024. The investigation stemmed from a cyber tip received through the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Rowe was arrested and processed at SP Queensbury. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Kingsbury Town Court on October 23, 2024, and released.
